A few months ago, we began work on developing and designing a new website for Annies Little Pots.  We were excited to get moving on this project, because Annies is such a unique store for this area.

For those unfamiliar with Annies Little Pots, it’s located in Princeton, IL, right on Main Street, in the Princeton Art District.  As soon as you enter this beautifully restored 1880′s building, you’ll be greeted with all sorts of wonderful findings, including hand-made art from Central Illinois,  a wide variety of metal sculptures for your home and garden – trellises, arbors, plant stands, critters, and more!  The gallery also features beautiful original paintings, photography, jewelry, purses, and greeting cards.  All of the pottery is created by Ann Dittmer in her studio on-site.

If all of that wasn’t enough, head down the stairs to Annies Little Pottery Cellar, to test your own pottery-making skills!  It’s a great place to hold a party or special event, too!

So, given the uniqueness of Annies Little Pots, we really wanted to create a website that resembled the store front, looked professional, and showed off all of the wonderful stuff you can find there.  Every detail, including the awning at the top of the site, has been created to match the downtown Princeton store.  In our very biased view, we think it turned out great!

Items you will find on the website include information on their local artists, classes and events, hours and directions, information on Annies Little Pottery Cellar, and lots of pictures of Ann Dittmer’s creations.  We think that once you see her work online, you’ll want to head over to Annies Little Pots and see it in person!

So, if you are in the Illinois Valley, and want a unique experience, make sure you include Annies Little Pots in your trip itinerary.  We think you’ll be glad you stopped.  Oh, and feel free to tell her how much you love the website, too!
